A dedication to ethical food

We believe there is power in every mouthful of food we eat. And that power extends to the impact it has on the world around us: when we take care of nature, nature can take care of us.

We’re committed to building a better food system that respects nature and supports ethical suppliers. Alongside our partners, we’re working hard to minimise our impact across the whole process, from sourcing to packaging and food waste removal. Together, we can reimagine what sustainable nutrition looks like.

Low-impact menus

Celebrating British, seasonal produce with plants at the core. Our buffets are designed to reduce reliance on animal protein, encouraging a better balance with plants. This helps teams eat less animal protein while discovering more of the delicious variety plants have to offer.

Combatting London hunger with City Harvest and the Marylebone Project

There are thousands of families going hungry in London every day. And at the same time, millions of meals going to waste in the very same city. We work with City Harvest to make sure our meals are helping to solve, not worsen, this crisis.

Any edible food waste is donated to Marylebone Project and we run a meal for a meal initiative with City Harvest, supporting the provision of meals to underpriviliged families in London.
