Our Sustainability Ethos

We committed to making a positive impact, social and environmentally since day one

In March 2023, we became the first female founded catering company to become B-Corp certified.

Minimising food waste

In catering, a certain amount of food waste is unavoidable but we like to get creative and make zero waste dishes to minimise our food waste whenever we can. We send any inedible waste to ReFood where it is converted into renewable energy and liquid fertiliser, supporting a closed loop system.

Ethical Packaging

We take a reduction approach to packaging.

For cases when we need to use it, it is made from non-toxic materials, recycled, and recyclable or compostable.

We work with Vegware to ensure us and our customers dispose of any compostable materials in the correct way.

Social impact

Driven by our passion for making a difference, we proudly support City Harvest, a local charity dedicated to combating hunger in London. We donate leftover meals to those in need and contribute 30p from every purchase to sustain their vital operations.

285,760 meals provided since 2018

We are constantly learning on this sustainability journey, which is always gifting us with new hurdles and information! We love sharing any information and educating our clients on sustainable practices to inspire positive change and contribute to a thriving future for all.

Education

We believe that knowledge is power; with the right information, we can take meaningful steps to reduce our environmental footprint.

Deeply committed to sustainability, we actively monitor and try to reduce our footprint and the carbon emissions of our food. We offer transparency to our customers, empowering them to understand their impact and enabling them to partner with their own offsetting initiatives to address their food emissions, or collaborate with us to adjust their menu offerings in alignment with their values.
