We are proud to be the official 2025 caterers to Blue Earth Forum and Summit. We delivered a carbon-conscious catering experience to more than 1,200 delegates a day, including 400+ investors, businesses, thought leaders, innovators, and partners committed to climate action.

Pioneering healthy, high-end catering in London  

We’re proud to be London’s pioneers in nutritionally designed catering.

Back in 2008 with a previous events company, our founder Ali Warburton and creative head chef Charles Merrington broke new ground by hiring an in-house nutritionist to develop the UK’s first nutritionally designed menus.

Their goal? To serve forward-thinking clients who wanted more from their food: excellence, innovation, and wellbeing.

It all began with an opportunity to cater for VIP talent flying in from LA for high-end photo shoots. These clients were deeply focused on nutrition, knowing that what they ate had a direct impact on their energy, focus, and performance. That experience became the foundation of our ethos and sparked a bigger vision.

In 2017, Ali and her eldest daughter and health coach Emily, officially launched Pow Food, introducing our nutrition-first philosophy to workplaces across London. Since then, we've been on a mission to help people thrive at work and beyond through food that fuels both body and mind.

While premium event catering remains at the heart of what we do, we predominantly deliver daily workplace catering and events for companies that align with our nutritional and sustainable values with an unwavering belief in the power of food to bring out the best of us all in our work and beyond.
