Sourdough bread handcrafted by independent, artisan bakeries in West London. Emily the founder grew up in Brittany, France, where bread was central to daily lives, sparking a lifelong passion for baking.

A fermentation specialist focusing on raw, live, delicious products. Each jar and bottle comes packed with gut-friendly bacteria, exciting flavours and character to transform every meal.

Chapman's Fisheries

We love their seafood because their produce moves quickly through the process, from sea to plate within a maximum of 2-3 days ensuring our fish is always fresh and nutritious. Caught daily from boats on the Rye coast, or Poole bay and we can trace the fish to the fishing boat.

Sutton Hoo

With a passion for welfare and tradition, this family run farm rears truly free-range, slow grown chicken in Suffolk. You can truly taste the difference. The chickens receive constant access to the outdoors, sunshine and plenty of room to roam on natural grassland.
